Biography :

Lone Cairn’s first stone was laid in 2017 in Grenoble, France, when Guillaume Brouhon (guitar / music writing) teamed up with Leonardo Amodio (lead vocals / lyrics) in order to complete his compositions. The synergy between the two musicians was obvious, fruitful, and allows them to write songs that talk directly to your guts.

As an heir to the 70’s/80’s classic and hard rock, Lone Cairn’s endeavor is to write fluid and diverse music that relies on catchy airs, powerful choirs and solos in which melody is more important than technical speed. Despite his classic influences, the Cairn will be able to surprise you by blending various elements of progressive rock into his compositions.

Additionally, the lyrics are inspired by literature as well as facts from our everyday lives. The unsaid is ever-present in their lines and allows the listener to craft his own interpretation of each song.

Lone Cairn, fueled by it’s will to create, is currently exclusively a studio act. The band’s first EP, ironically named “Obsolete”, was released in early January 2019.
