LACHRIMA CORPHUS DISSOLVENS was created in 2003 in the city of La Paz - Bolivia, by Antonio Ortiz, vocalist of the bands VIGOORIAN, AMDUSCIAS and currently with the band Cochabambina de Black Metal, ANUBIS. LCD is one of the pioneering bands in the style of Atmospheric Death Doom in their country, for the way of fusing electric guitars with acoustic, guttural and clean voices, sounds of depression and aggressiveness, inspired by Nature, the Cosmos, Death, Suicide, The Madness ...... Thus to show in his Music the real and the ireal of Life ... ..

From 2003 to 2007 with this training they recorded some promotional Tapes to make their music known, they made presentations in the interior of their country, they also opened for bands from abroad and due to personal problems, 4 members left the band. With the new training of: Antonio Ortiz - Vocal Beyson Gibson - Guitar and Bass Jhoel V. - Keyboards and Effects In 2008, they release their first demo in Cd independently titled « Laudo / Extinción », moving away from the concerts they decide to compose songs, in 2009 they release their first album entitled « The Truth is out There », the 2010 LCD followers release a Tape compiled with themes in study and live limited edition of 100 copies entitled Bin Of The Three Laments and 2013 release a single titled Birth from the Obscure,
2015 Antonio Ortiz is contacted by Vitaly Savisco of GS Producciones, RUSSIAN stamp, GS decides to launch a limited edition CD in digipack titled Passage of the three Laments, which contains the first demo of the Award / Extinction, The Truth is out There and Birth from the Obscure.
Same year Antonio Ortiz participates with a message like Introduction for the compilation of name Is a Person that does not mean Beyond Help, Lachrima Corphus Dissolvens with a live theme and bands from all over the world, this CD is to socialize the Fight Against Cancer and was released by GS productions in a double CD and everything raised for a center that helps these people who suffer with this evil. Thanks to this dissemination of the album several magazines, pages and radios made reviews, interviews and dissemination of the LCD disks.

The 2017 LCD is selected to participate in the first Bolivian tribute to IRON MAIDEN, Beast Over Bolivia, with the song Sign of the Cross.
2018 DEPRESSIVE ILLUSIONS RECORDS, stamp of the country of UKRAINE, decides to launch the 3 LCD works in a limited version in Cassette with extra themes, exclusive for that country.
