Shames was born in 2001 on Masao’s former band Samurider.
Samurider changed to Shames in 2006. After several member changes, the current lineup remains the same since January 2011.
Influenced by 90’s punk/rock and 80’s hard rock and heavy metal, Shames combine high-speed music and melodic parts. They have supported many bands’ Japan tour.
