Skate punks Fastloud are about to hit the road in a few days accross Europe. On this occasion, the band took time to answer a couple of questions for us. Check out the full interview below!

Hello Fastloud. Let’s start this written interview by introducing your band to our readers!
We’re Fastloud, a skatepunk band based in Barcelona! We’re Jordi (vocals and guitar), Denyé (guitar and backing vocals), David (bass and backing vocals), VicFirth (Drums and vocals). We started Fastloud in 2015 and we just want to say that we love the 90’s sound, and this is what we are doing since this started!
You’ve just announced a European tour, starting on June 7th. What’s the thing you like the most about being on stage?
What we like the most is to sweat the shirt and have the crowd very close to transmit our energy. We love to hear the people sing our songs and feel they are enjoying it as much as we do.
Have you already visited most of the cities you’ll be able to perform at?
No, it will be our first time in all of these cities. We’ve visited France before, but this time we will play in new cities (for us), and in 5 more countries that we’ve never been. This will be an adventure, we’re really excited!
What’s the best show you’ve ever played so far and why?
In 2018, we did a tour all around Spain, and we played in Xixón, in a venue called “Bola 8”. At that show, that was a small venue with a lot of people. When we played the first chord of the show, all the crowd went crazy, and they sang all our songs. That was really crazy: all the people shouting, singing, sweating, a really nice one. Also, that time we played with the bands “The Rotten Teens” and “TRT”, and they were fucking awesome musicians, and now they are big friends of us.
Speaking of live shows. What’s on your merch table and, as a band and music fans, what’s your favorite merch item?
If the people come to see us they will find T-shirts and caps, our cd’s, vinyls and also free stickers!
As music fans, our favorite items will always be the vinyl. They are pieces of collection and also you’ll have the music of the band forever. Our guitarist, Denyé, has a huge selection of vinyls and he always is asking the price of new ones.
You’ve also release a new single. What kind of song can we expect and what influenced you for this one?
The single is called “Feeling the cold” and it’s 90’s punk-rock style song with a critical vision of society. It talks about the “wake-work-sleep” loop lifestyle and its consequences. Musically speaking, the song has choruses in the Bad Religion style and has a melody that reminds us a lot of Millencolin.
Is this single announcing the release of an EP or an album in the upcoming months?
Nope! This will be just a single for the moment, but we are composing more songs and we think we will go to the studio again at the beginning of the next year.
The last words are for you. If you have any other projects in the making or a message to convey, here’s your chance!
We just want to say thanks to everyone who supports us, and to them who are day by day keeping us up! KEEP ROCKIN’ FAST!
