BLOOD YOUTH return with new song “Starve”. It’s indeed their first new material since last year’s critically acclaimed debut album “Beyond Repair”.
“Starve” sees the hardcore quartet at their darkest, opening wounds and diving deep into the despair of emotional and physical pain.
“Life isn’t always a fairy tale and you can end up trapped in a very unhealthy mindset.” Explains frontman Kaya Tarsus. “I wrote the lyrics when I was going through a bad time and it felt like I was in a nightmare. It’s a very intense and emotional song, so we really wanted all of this to come out in the video. We wanted people to feel uncomfortable, almost as if they are watching a horror movie.”
The band will also be on tour in Europe with Japanese dance-metal mob CROSSFAITH in the fall. Check out the dates below:
