Hailing from the UK, Aleya is a modern metalcore band, taking influences from various genres ranging from post-hardcore, modern metal and pop punk.
The band has revealed, on May 5th, his debut EP titled “Idle Minds”. On this release, the band comments: “This title feels like the perfect description of what can bring out the best and worst of a person. When you leave your mind alone to dig into your subconscious, it can spiral into the best parts of you and the worst parts of you.
This EP represents the duality that goes on inside everyone’s head. Tackling anxiety, anger, betrayal and the feeling of deceit being all around you, but with the firm belief that even with all of this nega tivity inside you, you can bring out the best of yourself by pushing through all the demons in your head. Throughout anxiety, difficulty and struggles – there is always hope.”
