Our weekly discoveries – September 7th 2022

We got the opportunity to discover a lot of new bands and artists lately, and you’ll find below our discoveries of the week!

The Great Leslie – “Liquid Spells”

Indie rockers The Great Leslie have revealed, on July 29th, their new single, “Liquid Spells”. On this new song, Ollie comments: “‘Liquid Spells’ is about pushing your body to its limits through excessive living. It does not differentiate between the extremities of what might be considered healthy and unhealthy. It is the devil on your shoulder telling you to keep going and drown yourself in excess.”

Vain Louie – “Finding Peace in Tragedy”

Hardcore, metallers Vain Louie are back with a new single and music video, “Finding Peace in Tragedy”. This song is taken from the band’s upcoming debut album, “Time Devours Everything”, out on November 18th. Save the date!

Dayseeker – “Without Me”

Dayseeker have dropped a new single and music video for “Without Me”. This song is from the band’s upcoming new album, “Dark Sun”, scheduled for November 4th 2022!

AholyAv – “Revis”

As Philippe, aka AholyAv, describes it: This song is about the difficulty of contrasts and duality in life. The pain and sadness that can turn into joy.

If Not For Me – “Better Days – Reimagined”

Post-hardore band If Not For Me has revealed a new single, “Better Days – Reimagined”, from their upcoming LP ‘Eulogy Deluxe’. Check it out below!

Soen – “Trials”

On November 18th 2022, SOEN will release a very special concert film, ATLANTIS, featuring thirteen of the band’s most popular compositions reinterpreted with live orchestral accompaniment.

Scattered Dreams – “Scattered Dreams”

Scattered Dreams is a 2-piece music collaboration made up of Gerry Turner and Claire Mitchell-Brown. The band is currently working on a debut EP, “Emerald Blue”, due for release at the end of 2022. In the meantime, you can listen to their single “Scattered Dreams” below!
