Rockers Empty Head are back with single ‘Modern Man’

Nearly two years after the release of their self-titled debut EP, Belgian rockers Empty Head are back with a new single, ‘Modern Man’.

Modern Man was written in 2021 during a lockdown period and depicts a pessimistic portrait of the modern humans that we are. The modern society in which we evolve, our everyday lives and reflections. The modern man is a superior being, at the forefront of technology and at the top of the food chain.

We wanted to parody this image and dismantle it. Sonically, our intent with ‘Modern Man’ was to channel the energic and raw aspects of our sound into a dancing and bright track to contrast with the dark and critical lyrics.” – Simon Galloy (singer).
