Scottish rockers 13 Crowes balance grit and romance on their brand new single. “Romantically Broke” is taken from the band’s upcoming album, “Solway Star” set for release on January 24th, 2020.
On this release, the band comments:
“Romantically Broke is another one straight from the hip. The lyrics tell delve deep into the life of front man Cammy Black as he presents his life as a Father, Singer, Boxer and Bricklayer looking for a place in the world and dealing with the loss of youth. “I’ve got a couple years left before nature’s gave me all she can give me she said”.
Romantically Broke feels like an angry but optimistic tale of someone trying to find their way, someone looking for something to face the world with. Palm muted guitars, Big three chord chorus and f*ck you lyrics, the whole truth and nothing but the truth…”
