Ted Newton was lost, aged 10, to Ewing’s Sarcoma – a very rare bone cancer. Teddy Rocks Festival raises money for Teddy20, a children’s cancer charity founded by Ted’s brother Tom Newton and his family.
Since 2011, the punk, rock festival has raised over £167,000 to help the families of those affected by cancer. The festival has found it’s home at Charisworth Farm and will be back again in May 2018 in the hope of raising even more to help fight children’s cancer!
The first headliners, ASH and FEEDER have just been revealed. Make sure you grab your tickets and come and join their mission to ‘Fight Children’s Cancer With Rock!‘ Tickers are now on sale at: https://www.teddyrocks.co.uk/tickets/!
“It’s amazing what we managed to achieve in just a few years! From raising £400 at a small gig to organising an awesome festival and raising over £167,000 so far. And it’s all thanks to our generous and loyal supporters. Thanks to them, we’ve made a huge difference to hundreds of children’s lives. Because of their support, we’re able to keep fighting children’s cancer,” reveals Tom.
